Nothing going on....

This has been a very quiet week. I have been extremely busy at work since our fiscal year closed on June 30th. We have our unveiling of our new proposed building design on Tuesday at the main library downtown. That should be exciting. We also have a premier show coming up on Thursday night. And of course Fayetteville After Five the week after that. So to say we will be busy is an understatement.

Home is pretty quiet. J will head to the college next week to pick his schedule. N will start drivers ed classes on Monday and S found a new place to live and will be moving soon. So things are falling into place...touch wood....

We have been trying to decorate the house a little. We have been so busy that we are just starting to put uop some blinds and stuff to make our house our home. To say the least it really does make a difference.

We had a altercations with the man who owns the two bodies of water behind our house. He allows people to fish on the dam...well the other day a couple was fishing and they left their headlights on and they were right in our backyard. So my husband asked them to if they had permission to fish there and to turn their headlights off. They went and told the owner that we were giving them a hard time so this morning he was out there showing them what he thought was the property line. But according to our survey he was wrong and my husband told him so. To say the least this old, set in his ways, thinks he is right man started yelling and telling us we were wrong. I have the paper work to prove it. He thinks that he owned 12 inches around the whole lake but the lake has expended since he sold the land and his 12 inches plus some of my property is now under water. But again he started to yell and threatening us with all kind of stuff. So who know what will happen now. At least the people fishing stayed down the other end of the dam.

The forth was pretty quiet around here. Didn't do a thing. Kinda hard when it is in the middle of the week. Been raining here most weekends so we haven't been out on the bike in a while either. Sure do miss it. Hopefully the weather will get better and we will be riding again.
